What will I be doing as a Demand Planning Intern?
As a Demand Planning Intern, you will research ways to incorporate AI into the forecasting process, document requirements during S&OP meetings, participate or lead continuous improvement projects, introduce statistical methods into forecasting, and build customized PowerBI reports to support S&OP processes.
What skills and experiences are required for this internship?
You should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing competing priorities. A working knowledge of Excel, familiarity with statistics, and analytical skills are essential. Additionally, you should have 2+ years of experience in supply chain planning and experience using Planning systems like Oracle Planning Cloud, Kinaxis, JDA, or SAP IBP, as well as analytics and reporting tools like PowerBI.
What are the internship cohort timelines?
There are two cohort tracks: COHO1 from May 21st, 2025 to August 8th, 2025, and COHO2 from June 17th, 2025 to September 5th, 2025.
What are the requirements to apply for the internship?
You must be an actively enrolled full-time student in an accredited institution, have completed at least one year of education, be pursuing a degree, and be able to fully commit to one of the two 12-week internship tracks. You also need to be at least 18 years of age at the start of the internship.

How many hours per week is the internship?
The internship requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.
Will I be involved in the S&OP meetings as an intern?
Yes, you will participate in S&OP meetings and document the requirements discussed during those meetings.
Can I apply for the internship if I am pursuing a Master's Degree?
Yes, you can apply if you are pursuing a Master's Degree, as long as you meet all the internship requirements, including being a full-time student and planning to return for at least one final term after the internship.
Is experience in demand planning required?
While experience in demand planning is preferred and candidates should ideally have 2+ years of experience, the primary requirement is to have a strong analytical thinking mindset and familiarity with supply chain planning practices.
What kind of projects will I participate in during the internship?
You will participate or lead continuous improvement projects in demand planning with cross-functional teams, focusing on enhancing forecasting processes and reporting methodologies.
