Requirements

  • Must be an undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field with a strong interest in the financial markets.
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments, work well on a team or on your own, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well versed in Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau
  • Knowledge of C++ and sequel data bases is a plus
  • Must have ability to commute to Chicago, IL office location on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

  • The Derivatives Market Structure Intern will work closely with the Derivatives Market Structure Senior Director and VP of Derivatives Market Structure to identify new features and functionality for electronic and open outcry trading. Candidate will have access to the trading floor and trading floor participants. You will look at trading data and work with the team to identify new participants and functionality.
