  • Du studierst BWL, VWL, Kommunikations-, Geistes- oder Rechtswissenschaften?
  • Du besitzt Kenntnisse im Bankensektor und interessierst Dich für Nachhaltigkeitsthemen (im unternehmerischen und öffentlichen Zusammenhang)?
  • Du hast ggf. bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen in einem Unternehmen oder einer Unternehmensberatung gesammelt und besitzt idealerweise Projektmanagementerfahrung?
  • Deine kommunikativen Fähigkeiten sind ausgeprägt, Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse fließend in Wort und Schrift?
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse in gängigen Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel?
  • Du kannst Dich rasch und flexibel in unterschiedlichste Themenfelder und globale Arbeitsgruppen einarbeiten?

Responsibilities

  • Zu Deinen Aufgaben in Chief Sustainability Office gehören die Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie und die Begleitung strategischer Nachhaltigkeitsinitiativen im Konzern sowie das Management von Reputationsrisiken im Zusammenhang mit Umwelt- und sozialen Themenstellungen der Bank. Du erhältst Einblicke in alle Facetten des Nachhaltigkeitsmanagements eines Großkonzerns.
  • Der Bereich Corporate Affairs & Strategy bietet Einblicke in die Steuerung eines global agierenden Finanzinstituts und vermittelt dabei die unterschiedlichen Facetten des Strategie- und Chief-of-Staff-Bereiches.
  • Im Deutsche Bank Management Consulting arbeitest Du innerhalb eines Projektteams an einem strategischen Thema für die Bank und übernimmst schnell Verantwortung für einzelne Projektaufgaben. In der Zusammenarbeit mit Ansprechpartnerinnen und Ansprechpartnern aus den Geschäftsbereichen und dem Projektteam kannst Du in projektspezifische Themen eintauchen und Dir gleichzeitig bankübergreifendes Wissen aneignen.
  • In Group PPM werden Dir in den Teams Business Perf. Mgmt./Coverage & Analytics; Balanced Scorecards und Regional and Infra Coverage, Legal Entities & Portfolio Management Einblicke in die strategische Planung des Konzerns und der einzelnen Geschäfts- und Infrastrukturbereiche sowie in die Konzeption, Verbesserung und Bereitstellung finanzieller Leistungsüberwachungs- und Prognosefunktionen gegeben. Hierfür wirst Du sowohl an der Erstellung von Finanz-/Szenario-Analysen und Präsentationen zur Unterstützung der Entscheidungsfindung mitwirken als auch ein Netzwerk über viele Bereiche hinweg aufbauen.
