  • Currently pursuing a BS, MS, PhD in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Strong statistic data analysis skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of SQL preferred
  • Self-Starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Involvement with Known Good Die (KGD) & Automated Optical Inspect (AOI) map classification, yield monitoring and yield improvement projects
  • Supporting Fab operations by maintaining and improving Yield web reports
  • Helping to develop and improve KGD & AOI map classification and convoluted neural network pattern recognition tools
  • Enhancing Fab data collection by implementing barcoding into new process areas, working with IT team to calculate, store and use reticle statistics
  • Analysis and correlation of test data to fabrication process
  • Developing and improving semiconductor fabrication flows and processes, in some cases
