Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college working to receive a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Expected graduation date of December 2024, May 2025, or December 2025
  • Must be able to go into the nearest PDL office location on Wednesdays with the potential to go in other days of the week
  • Passion for technology and using it to tackle business problems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of web software development technologies including Java, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON and JavaScript.
  • Experience working with JavaScript frameworks such as React JS, Vue JS, and Angular JS.
  • Possess an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development and deployment, and testing with some back-end knowledge
  • Understanding the importance of UX/UI and building well-designed web applications based on usability
  • Understanding of both the art and science of coming together to effectively design and develop web and mobile applications
  • Proven expertise in developing single page applications (SPA) using techniques including routing, client-side templating, and consuming JSON-based RESTful API’s
  • Knowledge of web presentation architectures and hardware/software implementations
  • Team player who thrives in a continually changing environment

Responsibilities

  • DevOps Team: An Intern on the DevOps Team will be working alongside expert engineers to automate CI/CD pipelines, provision system and services using IoC tools, monitor performance and stability of the applications and services. You will be working with in-demand tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, Salt, Terraform and DataDog.
