Requirements

  • We're seeking candidates across a broad range of skillsets who have a strong interest in improving the way government delivers digital services. The ideal candidate will have experience in research, design, product development, engineering, public policy, or communications.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and rolling out a universal profile, My.mass.gov, to enable people to access Commonwealth services with a single account and to manage their information and interactions across state services.
  • Piloting a generative AI/LLM-enabled chat bot and live chat to expand the communication channels available to state agencies and their users
  • Conducting user experience research to inform service improvements
  • Improving content related to housing assistance and eviction
