Off-cycle Internship



  • The Digital Marketing Intern will help all channels of the digital marketing team increase brand awareness, drive qualified traffic, and chip in to new customer acquisition through strategic paid media campaigns. This role will involve learning affiliate marketing, social listening, paid social, and SEM/SEO. This position will report to the Partnership Marketing Manager but will work closely with all managers on the team.


  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college working to receive a Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Expected graduation date of December 2024, May 2025, or December 2025
  • Able to go into the nearest PDL office location on Wednesdays with the potential to go in other days of the week

  • Going through weekly applications, proactively seek out new publishers, pull reports, manage budget pacing, and upload weekly ads.
  • Develop and implement strategies, by conducting market research, identifying target audiences, setting social media goals, and developing a comprehensive plan to achieve those goals.
  • Craft effective social media strategies that align with the marketing and business objectives, ensuring that social media efforts supply to the organization's overall success
  • Work in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to optimize existing campaigns, keywords, bidding targets, budgets, and search query reports as well as do keyword research and ad copy creation to new campaign estimates.
  • Managing monthly reports with actionable insights and will gain the knowledge to become certified in Google Ads.
