Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic programs aimed at enhancing diversity and inclusion across our organization.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to integrate DE&I initiatives into broader organizational strategies.
  • Implement DEI Program: Disability Awareness
  • Objective: Assist in the development and implementation of our Disability Awareness programme in the UK
  • Key Activities:
  • Collaborate with DEI team members to plan program objectives and strategies.
  • Coordinate logistics for workshops, events, or campaigns.
  • Monitor and evaluate the program's effectiveness through feedback and metrics.
  • Conduct DEI Research into Disability & Neurodiversity in the United Kingdom:
  • Objective: Conduct benchmarking studies and research to identify industry trends and best practices in DEI.
  • Key Activities:
  • Analyze DEI reports and studies from other organizations.
  • Benchmark our organization's performance against industry standards.
  • Prepare a summary of key findings and recommendations for improvement.
  • Apply learnings to contribute effectively to DEI projects and initiatives.
  • Support our Employee Groups & Regional Networks
  • Objective: Provide support and guidance to Employee Groups ('EGs') focused on diversity and inclusion. With particular support with the Disability group and the EMEA Regional Network
  • Key Activities:
  • Assist in organizing Employee Group meetings and activities.
  • Help facilitate communication and collaboration among Employee Group and Regional Network members.
  • Help us gather feedback from Employee Groups and Regional Networks to support our DEI strategies.
  • Contribute to DEI Communications:
  • Objective: Contribute to internal and external communications promoting DEI initiatives and accomplishments.
  • Key Activities:
  • Draft content for newsletters, social media, or internal announcements.
  • Assist in coordinating DEI-focused events or campaigns.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries related to DEI efforts.
