Responsibilities

  • Supporting Doc.Control team in maintaining basic Aconex daily activities during migration to a new Software.
  • Daily Aconex activities include: creating placeholders, quality checks of in/out records, onboarding of internal and external users, updating DC’s training logs.
  • Collecting and registering in Aconex electronic incoming documents, including but not limited to submittals, designs, drawings, calculations, and other engineering data.
  • Assist the team in testing New Software features as per the predefined checklist.
  • Collect and log new software feedback of Internal and External users.
  • Compare migrated to new software documents & attributes vs. current Aconex data and log any discrepancies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot uploads and submittals of documents; and/or cascade further to Doc.Lead.
  • Assist the team in Site walks and Document Control site inspections.
  • Assist the team in Hardcopy Archive arrangements, including documentation scanning if would be necessary.
