  • Develop Process maps working cross functionally with other departments.
  • Support Daily CI activities – Gemba, Employee suggestion program, Visual Daily Management.
  • Participate in and lead teams/kaizens focused on problem solving and quality issues.
  • Responsible for driving cycle time reduction, waste reduction, yield improvement, productivity, and throughput improvement.
  • Prepare the necessary monthly reports for the key metrics of the department.
  • Define corrective and preventive actions to improve processes.
  • Conduct time studies, day in life to help creation of Leader Standard work.
