Responsibilities

  • Daily/Weekly audits of Shiseido, NARS, Drunk Elephant and Clé de Peau Beauté websites
  • Coverage – retailer & competitors
  • Support DTC team with testing new tools
  • Product send outs for DTC competitions
  • Produce weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports such as: out of stock, catalogue, sell-out reports
  • Support E-Merchandisers with campaign asset briefing and testing
  • Work collaboratively on e-merchandising action points
  • Setting up and communicating promotions/updates to relevant teams
  • Support E-Commerce Manager on site refresh plans
  • Optimise on-site search
  • Re-write SEO metadata on Shiseido, NARS and Drunk Elephant
  • Implement SEO redirects
  • SEO competitor research across DTC and E-retailers
  • Research and report on market trends
  • Updating copy on PDPs and PLPs
  • Sourcing visual assets for content landing pages and blog content
  • Publishing blog posts using HTML code
