Your Impact as A Proposal Intern:

  • The proposal Intern partners with proposal managers to ensure proposals and presentations are visually impactful, brand compliant, and grammatically correct. This position will require you to develop a practical and working knowledge of Aon’s risk services (including but not limited to property, casualty, management liability, marine, and aviation brokerage and consulting).

Requirements

  • Writing, proofreading, and editing experience
  • Demonstrable background in developing custom strategic content
  • Proactive in identifying effective methods and solutions for issue resolution with positive outcomes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
  • Quick study, detail oriented, flexible, and adaptable while working both independently and as a member of a collaborative growing team
  • Develop relationships with effective communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook
  • Skills and experience that will lead to success:
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
