Summer Internship



  • An opportunity exists for highly motivated, personable, and organized undergraduate student majoring in Ecology, Environmental Science or a related major. As an emerging professional, you will be working with a multi-disciplinary team in the office and at project site locations. This position may require some overnight travel and working at remote field sites. You will work directly with Stantec’s scientists, field team leads, and technicians, in addition to being assigned a mentor who will work one-on-one with you.

  • Conduct field data collection efforts for wetland delineations habitat assessments, and species surveys
  • Support data entry, and technical report preparation and production
  • Execute field work independently and safely
  • Communicate regularly with your assigned mentor and field team lead(s)
