Responsibilities

  • You roles includes creating comprehensive photographic assembly instructions for co-pack projects, detailing every necessary packaging element. Furthermore, you will provide the team with pertinent financial data regarding packaging and labor costs associated with specific Activity Briefs and initiate documentation for new projects in line with the Product Development Process.
  • A collaborative effort is crucial in your role at Ferrero; you will align with Trade and Brand Marketing teams to guarantee timely artwork approval and submission for projects. Be tasked with obtaining and managing quotes from packaging suppliers, facilitating benchmarking and decision-making processes, and overseeing component balancing.
  • Monitoring the daily performance of co-pack suppliers and any third-party services to meet our KPIs falls within your responsibilities. You will ensure effective collaboration with Collaboration Managers to deliver uninterrupted service to our commercial customers. In addition, preparing weekly and monthly reports for your line manager and extracting, analysing, and presenting data from Business Intelligence (BI) tools as required by the team will be key aspects of your role. Your contributions are vital to the efficient operation and success of Ferrero’s supply chain activities.
