Responsibilities

  • - Partner with the EMEA eCommerce team to help drive our B2B, Kimberly-Clark Professional’s (KCP’s) strategic business plan.
  • - Analyze data related to digital sales, performance marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and website traffic, among others.
  • - Identify growth areas where KCP can improve and develop strategies to enhance visibility and conversion.
  • - Implement actions to support the performance marketing objectives.
  • - Collect and analyze key metrics related to awareness & visibility, traffic, and conversion.
  • - Identify and execute opportunities to improve KCP’s brand awareness and share-of-voice.
  • - Support and build marketing and advertising plans to grow traffic on KCP products.
  • - Leverage content, availability, pricing, and promotions to drive purchase conversion.
  • - Utilize a wide range of data (including Amazon Advertising and Digital Shelf Monitoring tools) and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • - Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to provide insights to the eCommerce Team and other stakeholders.
  • - Support the development of hypotheses and execution of A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing performance.
  • - Assist in the execution, monitoring, and optimization of eCommerce marketing campaigns to ensure maximized visibility and ROI.
  • - Work cross-functionally with key supporting functions, mainly Data & Analytics, Local/Integrated Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
