  • Passion for Innovation: A genuine interest in web3.0 technology, innovation, and the startup ecosystem will make the job more fulfilling and help in understanding the needs and motivations of the participants.
  • Understanding of the Web3.0 Tech Ecosystem: A general understanding of the technology landscape, including key players, emerging startups, and innovation trends, can be very beneficial.
  • Project Management Skills: Being able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders efficiently is crucial. Good organizational skills will help keep everything on track.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: The ability to work well in a team, as well as with external partners and participants, is key. Collaboration is at the heart of making any program a success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive agenda for hackathons, including workshops, speaker sessions, and coding challenges.
  • Collaborate with technical experts, mentors, and industry leaders to contribute content or participate in a hackathon program.
  • Work with sponsors and partners to integrate their technologies or challenges into the hackathon content.
  • Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders on the content's effectiveness and engagement.
  • Use feedback to iterate and improve future program content, ensuring it remains relevant and impactful.
  • Work with accelerators to evaluate acceptance criteria and effectively communicate to potential applicants.
  • Facilitate promotion of Accelerator programs to potential teams.
