Requirements

  • Final year of studies or University degree in Finance, Economics or Business
  • A first experience in banking or project investment experience will be considered as an advantage
  • Good organizational skills, communication capabilities and eyes for details
  • Good to advanced knowledge of MS Office software, in particular VC platforms, Word and Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English. Any other language will be an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basis research, to update databases and to compile basic reports and contributions to communication materials.
  • Organise meetings, taking minutes and ensuring the follow-up actions are understood by participants.
  • Review data and information relevant for the identification of new operations/projects, including TA grant/loan blending, checking procedures and compile short summaries and reports where necessary.
  • Seek legal and/or technical documents/information needed to satisfy the different conditions precedent (CPs) related to the upcoming (rather urgent) first disbursements of several projects. He/she will verify the alignment of such elements with the requirements of the contract signed and will consult the appropriate EIB service about its validity. He/she will make sure that each CP of each contract contains the corresponding legal/technical document and that this document is correctly saved in the internal databases (GED).
