You should be pursuing a bachelor's in electrical engineering, have strong communication skills, be interested in consulting and the electric utility industry, legally able to work in the U.S., with attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience in power systems analysis and protection, previous engineering internships, and familiarity with engineering software are all beneficial.

You will work on power substation design projects under guidance, attend professional development sessions, and participate in networking opportunities and fun activities.
