Responsibilities

  • The Electrical Group Human Resources Intern will assist the Human Resources team in various tasks and projects in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, HR analytics, training and development, and other HR functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in human resources, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to work collaboratively in a largely remote team environment.
  • Assist in development of a template Targeted Selection interview guide for future intern programs
  • Analyze compensation of select roles across the Group and identify opportunities to improve alignment and consistency across the organization
  • Assist with building a repeatable process to consistently pull data for each business platform and populate the quarterly succession planning meeting PowerPoint decks by platform
  • Design brochures and supplemental training site travel materials for various Leadership Development Programs
  • Compile and build out LinkedIn learning paths on various onboarding, functional and leadership topics, and make them available on the Group Learning and Development intranet site
  • Create and design digital representations of Group facility locations and business details by Platform
