Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's program, specializing in Business, Communication, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Comfortability of working independently or collaboratively
  • Self-motivated and proactive with tasks
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency with Excel or similar database software (Smartsheet)
  • Possess strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • In pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field associated with the CBIZ business models
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Active participation in student organizations and work experience in related field a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with special projects
  • Gain understanding of services
  • Develop and oversee detailed goal and metric tracking sheets.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation
  • Create comprehensive onboarding guides
  • Partner with HR for operational tasks
  • Handle employee information confidentially
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
