Requirements

You are currently enrolled in a bachelors program - Business, Business Management, or other related field is preferred
You enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
You have basic Microsoft Office skills
You have time management skills, analytical ability and can multi-task
You are interested in providing professional services to a wide range of clients on a national basis
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma
In pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field associated with the CBIZ business models
Cumulative GPA of at least 3.25 preferred
Must be able to work in a team environment
Active participation in student organizations and work experience in related field a plus

Responsibilities

To direct projects designed to support or advance the CBIZ business operation
To create and build a successful business development plan
To learn how to manage a prospect pipeline
To conduct research, providing input on market trends, competitor analysis and other business intelligence
To shadow tenured professionals to learn the skills of cold calling and appointment setting
To build an effective elevator pitch
To provide assistance with prospective client presentations and relationship building
