  • The Lockheed Martin Enterprise Culture and Organizational Surveys team is seeking a graduate-level intern to assist in the development of our OneLM Culture resources as well as the data analysis and reporting of the enterprise-wide engagement pulse surveys.


  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a graduate-level (Masters or PhD) degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organization Development, Human Resources or similar discipline
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.) and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Desired Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Quantitative analysis and data storytelling skills
  • Effective communication of complex ideas to a variety of audiences
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, virtual environment
