Requirements

  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a graduate-level (Masters or PhD) degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organization Development, Human Resources or similar discipline
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.) and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Desired Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Quantitative analysis and data storytelling skills
  • Effective communication of complex ideas to a variety of audiences
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, virtual environment
  • Must be at ease multi-tasking and being asked to frequently change directions on a day-to-day basis as needs arise
  • Previous classroom or internship experience in Human Resources or related discipline such as Learning and Development or curriculum design

Responsibilities

  • This role will provide support for development of resources for leaders and employees and creation of presentations for executive-level briefings. This is a great virtual opportunity for a graduate student to get real-world experience supporting large, high-visibility HR projects aligned to business needs, fostering positive organizational change, and creating deliverables for leadership in a major corporation.
