What is the primary role of the Employee Onboarding Intern?
The Employee Onboarding Intern will ensure that all employees are welcomed to Qonto and set up for success in their new roles by supporting the onboarding process and improving the overall employee experience.
Who will I report to during my internship?
You will report directly to Olivia, the Onboarding Team Lead.
What kind of tasks will I be involved in?
You will take part in organizing bi-weekly onboarding sessions, ensure their smooth running, suggest and implement improvements, and continuously improve internal documentation.
Is there an opportunity for mentorship during the internship?
Yes, you will be guided and mentored by Olivia, the Onboarding Team Lead, and Lara, an Onboarding Specialist.
What qualifications are needed for this internship?
A people-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, dynamic problem-solving abilities, great communication skills, willingness to work in teams, and fluency in English are required. Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.

What should I expect during the interview process?
You will participate in interviews with the Talent Acquisition Manager and your future manager/mentor, as well as complete a remote exercise to demonstrate your skills.
Is there a possibility of contributing to the onboarding program's development?
Yes, interns will have the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of the onboarding program in terms of tools, content, and overall new joiner experience.
