Requirements

  • MS Suite- Excel, Powerpoint
  • Good communication and technical writing skills.
  • Excellent problem analysis skills.
  • Required Qualifications/Experience:
  • Be enrolled in an accredited college, university or trade school undergraduate or graduate degree program.
  • Be a rising undergraduate senior or pursuing a graduate degree.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Desktop team with deskside and phone support to our local and remote team members while resolving all incidents within identified service levels.
  • Responsible for the applicable elements of asset and inventory management including the planning and delivery of hardware and software needs, resolution of asset system issues.
  • ITSM System - Perform ticket analysis, case assignments, and manage handle time and utilization. Prepare and perform Operational Service Reviews (OSRs) with peers to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are achieved.
