  • Understand the purpose of MRP and MRP exception Msgs, including how they are impacted by ECO cut-in
  • Identify the documents that govern ECO implementation and create a flow chart of the existing ECO implementation process based on those documents
  • Define an optimal ECO implementation process and create a flow chart describing that process.
  • Identify functionality in SAP or EDW that is not being used today, but would be necessary for the process to work.
  • Draft a DOP-format document defining the recommended process.
