Responsibilities

  • You will successfully implement and lead production performance improvement projects, provide support to the engineering department in the various fields (safety/environment, quality, capacity, competitiveness), and may manage a team of technicians.
  • You will learn to analyze and improve current processes, to manage the industrial and manufacturing excellence projects, and to ensure process safety and product quality within the unit.
  • You will evaluate current work procedures/methods and propose, describe, test and implement improvements, new techniques and methods, and provide specialized maintenance tasks and expertise.
  • Will also be responsible for reliability & cost improvement projects and advising on failure analyses.
