Responsibilities

  • Assist in case investigation, root cause analysis, containment of suspect parts of new machines being assembled globally
  • Apply continuous improvement principles to identify opportunities to reduce warranty cost and improve product quality, reliability, and availability
  • The development of corrective actions and creation of Engineering Change Requests
  • Work with quality teams, purchasing, subcontract to mitigate new machine build issues
  • Create and refine Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Assist with improvements to machine assembly documentation and collection from commissioned machines
  • Manage Specific Product Issues through the issue resolution process and update the records in Salesforce accordingly
  • Assist with writing and proofreading technical service documents in preparation for global distribution, which will require collaboration with subject matter experts
  • Service/maintenance interval checklists (high level schedule)
