Requirements

  • Must be detail oriented, team player, flexible and self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills are required in interacting with team members and customers.
  • Must possess ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a demanding environment, demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Qualified applicants must currently be enrolled in an acredited program in a 4 year college.
  • Hours will be adjusted base on school schedule as applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and assist in the Design and implement tooling/process for manufacturing.
  • Define traceability elements and design routings for the Manufacturing Data System for the new product. Coordinate MDS improvements implementation. Develop Validation protocols, conduct test and release test reports.
  • Assist in recording and documenting automated processes that are in development or already in production.
  • Assist in fabrication of new automated equipment and processes.
  • Participate and contribute to continuous improvement teams/efforts.
  • Perform Ad Hoc Projects.
  • Research of new automation solutions and products.
