  • Working with OEM customers to meet system and vehicle attribute goals for brake rotors, drums, hubs and calipers such as balance, stopping distance, squeal, roughness, pedal feel, thermal, etc.
  • Coordinate vehicle component updates on development, durability, performance objectives, timing and cost.
  • Participate in vehicle development and customer demonstrations.
  • Support vehicle durability and development activities at test tracks.
  • Evaluate and solve technical issues in product development.
  • Support cost saving activities.
  • Generate reports as required. Interface and communicate with both internal and external customers on technical matters.
  • Maintain appropriate engineering procedures throughout the product development process to achieve engineering deliverables which include cost, reliability and manufacturing objectives.
