  • Pursuing an undergraduate or master level degree in STEM, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics.
  • Software/Technical Skills: Python programming language experience, exposure to cloud technologies, Unix/Linux experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively through verbal, e-mail, and wiki means.

Responsibilities

  • Triage and resolve support issues for the data platform and supporting systems.
  • Implement data platform improvements and new features.
  • Work with the Data Engineering team to identify and implement improvements to support and data quality tools.
  • Interface with clients, vendors, and internal users of the data platform on systems access, as well as understand the data.
  • Participate in group design and architecture sessions.
  • Author documentation for standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, and related documents.
