  • This 10-week, paid internship will give you hands-on experience at one of the nations’ fastest growing strategic advisory firms. In this program, interns will have a wide variety of responsibilities within multiple departments of OneDigital, focusing on a path to employment upon graduation. This is a summer 2024 opportunity with daily workloads and schedules set by the department Manager or Director.

Sales & Business Development


  • Shadow team members within Sales, Retention, Marketing and Client Services and provide support using the Microsoft suite of products and start to learn the basics of the benefits business.

  • Organizing data for outbound sales and client retention campaigns;
  • Perform additional duties within our Client Resource Management system (D365).

  • Using project management and communication skills to work with experienced teams in identifying requirements and resources needed to support the RFP process.
