Requirements

  • Be working toward a degree in Business Administration, or related business fields are preferred.
  • Have strong critical-thinking, proven organizational and relationship building and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborate with manager, team and business partners to gain a deeper understanding of Enterprise Operations, agile methodologies and project management.
  • Participate in cross functional group project initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • We are looking for analytical, bright, energetic, outgoing and motivated individuals interested in supporting the various facets of Operations, as well as Allianz as a business. This internship is focused on supporting the domains of Contact Center, Annuity and Life New Business, Shared Services & Quality and Vendor Management and the varying project initiatives that move the business forward.
  • The ideal candidate will have opportunities ranging from working with stakeholders, developing a basic understanding of service models and forecasting, servicing the life of a contract, and additional projects.
