  • The Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Intern will be a part of the Global Environmental, Health & Safety department, reporting to the Vice President.  In this role, the successful candidate will perform a myriad of tasks across a wide range of subject matters.  The successful candidate will be exposed to both environmental compliance subject areas (e.g. air, stormwater, emergency management, etc.) and occupational safety subject areas (e.g. hazardous chemical management, job hazard analysis, safety education systems, etc.).

  • Education Requirement: Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with an interest in Environmental Studies or Health & Safety.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of basic design programs such as Adobe Express or Canva a plus
  • Attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while meeting expected deadlines.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly motivated and energetic.
  • Strong work ethic and tenacity.

  • Assist with our Hazardous waste program procedure development.
  • Help with preparation of our Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) annual reporting.
  • Assist EHS Manager level staff with rebranding of our compliance form system .
  • Aid in preparation of Greenhouse Gas Emissions data.
  • Participate in our job hazard analysis development program.
  • Coordinate assets to enhance our computer-based training program.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as needed
