In-depth understanding of Ethics & Compliance (E&C)
Shown time management and organizational skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently.
Keen attention to detail to ensure high-quality content and execution.
Able to complete a Year Round Co-Op in a hybrid setup from our New York, NY office

Responsibilities

Communication Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Ethics & Compliance (E&C) and communications teams to develop essential communication plans that resonate across various channels and audiences.
Impact Assessment: Use data and feedback to measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Resource Development: Craft innovative and educational resources that align with our communication goals, ensuring they are accessible to all stakeholders.
Deployment and Dissemination: Oversee the distribution of communication materials, devising and implementing strategies to actively engage stakeholders.
Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with E&C Ambassadors to facilitate efficient resource delivery and feedback collection, encouraging positive relationships and continuous improvement of communication efforts.
Investigations - Case Management & Mitigation: Manage reports of potential Code of Conduct violations with confidentiality and integrity, being responsible for the investigative process from intake to resolution
