Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement project deliverables
  • Support project managers in developing and managing project budgets
  • Design visual aids and graphics to represent project data and progress
  • Develop interactive visualizations to communicate complex information effectively
  • Manage and lead Engineering projects including the creation and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and technical scope
  • Coordinate and facilitate project-related meetings. Publish and manage project meeting minutes and action items and drive closure on topics
  • Work closely with department partnerships to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
  • Identify risks and escalate to management when appropriate. Prepare project status reports and present to management
  • Track and report project performance against targets
  • Assure change requests are addressed in a timely manner
  • Responsible for team coordination and ensuring overall high team morale including team building, event scheduling, townhalls etc
  • With guidance promote continuous improvements and implement in projects
  • Create, manage, and direct project implementation plans
  • Actively contribute and be a part of exciting electric truck projects that drive the future within the Daimler Trucks North America organization
  • Cross functionally work with various departments to create a collaborative environment
  • Be an ambassador to Daimler’s inclusive and diverse culture initiatives
