Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s/PhD Program from an accredited college/university or have graduated within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement project deliverables
Support project managers in developing and managing project budgets
Design visual aids and graphics to represent project data and progress
Develop interactive visualizations to communicate complex information effectively
Manage and lead Engineering projects including the creation and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and technical scope
Coordinate and facilitate project-related meetings. Publish and manage project meeting minutes and action items and drive closure on topics
Work closely with department partnerships to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
Identify risks and escalate to management when appropriate. Prepare project status reports and present to management
Track and report project performance against targets
Assure change requests are addressed in a timely manner
Responsible for team coordination and ensuring overall high team morale including team building, event scheduling, townhalls etc
With guidance promote continuous improvements and implement in projects
Create, manage, and direct project implementation plans
Actively contribute and be a part of exciting electric truck projects that drive the future within the Daimler Trucks North America organization
Cross functionally work with various departments to create a collaborative environment
Be an ambassador to Daimler’s inclusive and diverse culture initiatives
