  • We are looking for an exceptional Event Marketing Intern to join our growing Events and Field Marketing team. In this role, you will be involved in executing projects to support the global events agenda for 2024. You will be exposed to end-to-end events management and collaborate across different teams.


Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business. Previous internship experience in marketing or events is a plus.
  • Familiar with marketing automation and CRM systems, preferably Marketo and Salesforce, is a plus
  • Experience with coordinating events (live and virtual), and virtual event platforms (Zoom Webinars, Bizzabo, Hopin) is a plus.
  • Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics:
  • Able to work independently with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Able to manage and execute on multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and matrix organization.
  • Analytical, with the ability to capture and use key data and insights to drive key marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, copy-editing and writing skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Events & Field Marketing team to organize and coordinate events, Workat’s flagship conference - Automate, ancillary Automate events, and other industry events.
  • Project manage multiple events and ensure all pre to post event tasks are promptly followed-up.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Design, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure event deliverables are executed according to strategy.
  • Curating creative and effective messaging for event invitation, landing pages and marketing collaterals that drive registrants and attendees.
  • Supporting marketing operations needs for event asset hand off and post-event content organization.
