  • Google Suite Experience
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university with an interest in Communications, Marketing, or Business

Responsibilities

  • The Event Marketing Intern will provide coordinating support through the planning and execution of external events. This role will support the marketing and sales teams to ensure events are successful. You will be a great fit if you are interested in contributing to our comprehensive 2024 event strategy, as well as wanting to receive exposure to the dynamic field of marketing.
  • Event Planning:
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, from concept development to execution
  • Collaborate with the events team to identify venues, vendors, and other logistical details
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall event experience
  • Promotional Material Development:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional event material, including marketing collateral, social media posts, and email campaigns
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all promotional materials
  • Attendee Communication:
  • Assist in the development and distribution of event-related communications to attendees, sponsors, and partners
  • Create external event campaigns including social media posts, email workflows, and website content
  • Post-Event Analysis:
  • Assist in the evaluation of event success, including gathering feedback from attendees and analyzing key performance metrics
  • Contribute insights and recommendations for future events
