Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in the last semester in an event management, marketing, business administration bachelor's degree, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in microsoft office or google suit.
  • Preferred:
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills required
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to deliver on milestones
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in teams.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute events from conception to completion, adhering to detailed event timeline and schedule that includes: venue selection, budget management, and vendor negotiations as well as coordinating all logistical aspects of events, such as transportation, accommodations, catering, audiovisual equipment, and signage.
  • Ensure all events comply with company policies and relevant industry regulations, collaborating with internal teams to align event objectives with business goals and strategies.
  • Identify and negotiate contracts with external vendors, including venues, caterers, audiovisual providers, and transportation services, overseeing vendor performance and ensuring adherence to contractual agreements and quality standards.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and providing regular updates to stakeholders, and implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting event objectives.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess event effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
