Program is based at a LS&amp;Co. office and is the perfect way to gain work experience in the core of the organization, while learning what a career at LS&amp;Co. might have in store for you.</li><li>In addition to daily responsibilities, all F.I.T. Interns will participate in summer project in their department to support an important business initiative and work with various areas of our business and our brands.&nbsp; Leadership seminars and career exploration learning series connect our interns to our leaders and provide exposure to different career paths internally. Intern performance will be assessed over the Summer and could potentially lead to a full-time offer upon graduation.</li></ul>
