Requirements

  • We desire students who are working toward a degree in Facilities Engineering or Management. The right candidate will possess good judgment, analytical skills, strong follow-up and organizational skills, excellent customer service, hard worker with a positive, can do attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Review of our existing Building Automation System - (BAS) Building Automation System is an intelligent system of both hardware and software, connecting (HVAC) systems.
  • Inventory components (server, controllers, field devices, interfaces, etc.)
  • Create one line diagrams using Visio or AutoCAD
  • Review and Identity potential BAS replacement systems
  • Create RFI/RFP packet for vendors
  • Clean up architectural drawing files and organization of drawing files using AutoCAD
  • Space Management data clean up
  • Support construction renovation project of office space
  • FM:Systems clean up and enhancement
  • FM:Systems planning and deployment of Room Reservation application
