Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Work with Smashville GUIDER Board and assist with execution of monthly DEI initiatives for staff
  • Assist with quarterly GUIDER newsletter
  • Research and assist with managing DEI programs that align with business strategies and GUIDER objectives
  • Assist with recap of GUIDER initiatives
  • Assist with managing GUIDER webpage – work with marketing and digital team to ensure content is up to date.
  • Assist with building year-round engagement calendar.
