  • Gaining knowledge of the general principles of nonprofit administration
  • Managing early childhood quality improvement projects
  • Connecting with parents via phone, text, and email to gather demographic information
  • Creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Office
  • Inputting and analyzing data in various program databases
  • Using qualitative and quantitative data to develop recommendations on process and program implementation and improvement
