Requirements

  • High school diploma and some relevant professional experience in respective field/area;
  • Preferred: Pursuing degree in Biomedical Engineering
  • Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Organizational skills and demonstrated ability to accurately follow procedures for completing work tasks;
  • Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to professionally communicate (written and oral) with employees and external parties;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to complete tasks within established timelines;
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to suggest solutions to problems.

Responsibilities

  • Documents drafting, formatting, filing, quality control review
  • Organization of meetings or social events (including agenda drafting, room booking, meeting minutes etc.)
  • Managing the reception of media
  • Tracking, processing, and organizing various documents, shipments, invoices etc.
  • Coordination of business trips and submission of expense reports
  • Managing venue of external persons coming to the office (directors, candidates, sponsor, new hires etc.)
  • Reviewing incoming medical imaging data for clinical trials for initial quality standards
  • Easy project-related tasks (e.g. spreadsheets updates, reports, presentations, correspondence, access request to Medpace systems for readers, etc.)
