  • UNIX / Linux
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited US University - graduate degree program.
  • Masters or PhD level student studying: Electrical Engineering.
  • A self-motivated contributor and a strong team player to support optimal team performance.
  • Knowledge in semiconductor design reliability is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Scope of the work is with focus on the reliability of the circuit design with validation of circuit reliability requirements, evaluation of device reliability for various technology limiting mechanisms (example: Aging, Electromigration) that may affect circuit performance. Considerations of product and circuit usage are being evaluated as an input to such assessments. The latter may involve statistical analysis of telemetry data. The candidate will gain experience in areas such as semiconductor physics, reliability concepts, Python scripting and statistical data analysis.
