Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
  • Advanced understanding of Excel
  • Experience with project coordination
  • Experience with 1 or more approving bodies
  • Understanding of data analytics programs preferred
  • Qualifications:
  • Understanding and familiarity with Internet/Web technologies required
  • Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft applications required
  • Ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders and resources effectively and professionally
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality, accuracy, and organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Sense of urgency for deadlines with the flexibility to shift priorities as needed

Responsibilities

  • Support and Coordination of the Accreditation Team
  • Develops and maintains positive working relationships with the accreditation and content factory teams
  • Coordinates accreditation work performed by planners, content experts, authors, reviewers and/or ancillary contractors during activity development
  • Assists with managing the process of applying CE to courses
  • Assists with tracking the status of CE projects
  • Assists with collecting, distributing, and storing accreditation paperwork
  • Assists with maintenance of department tracking of CE activities
  • Activity File Maintenance
  • Assists with CE Metadata Smartsheet data collection, audits, and maintenance for CE activities
  • Assists with managing CE activity file documentation retention in the required format and in accordance with established accreditation guidelines
  • Retrieves and distributes files and documents when requested/needed
  • Enters data requests and distributes data to team members as needed
  • Supports data aggregation, dashboards, and dissemination of data
  • Approving Body CE Submissions
  • Maintains and updates requirements, procedures, and fees for multiple approving bodies
  • Assists with preparation and submission of activity applications to approving bodies on a timely basis
  • Assists with record maintenance for all activity submissions/approvals
  • Assists with tracking approving body submission status and activity expirations
  • Process Monitoring and Remediation
  • Assists with monitoring scheduled CE reporting activities and intervenes when processes break-down
  • Supports CE reporting activities as needed
