Requirements

  • Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university (those graduating by September 2025 are preferred) and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience developing user interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML5 and CSS3
  • Experience with Mac Terminal or Windows/Command Prompt Terminal
  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Experience working with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence) a plus
  • UI/UX experience
  • Bitbucket experience nice to have
  • Proficiency with common productivity tools and willingness to learn internal Pandora products, systems and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels
  • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects
  • Basic project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Ad Ops Specialist, Ad Ops Technology, Client Services, and other cross-functional teams to execute a technically driven project, test, provide recommendations, improve feature functionality, and contribute to our overall operations processes.
  • Perform an inventory of our project-relevant wikis, categorize the information, and then proceed with documentation, resource review, and archiving.
  • Provide support & resource documentation [such as user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting tips] to various internal teams.
  • Communicate technical issues (both verbal and written) in a manner that is easy for a non-technical audience to understand
  • Provide day-to-day support for the Ad Technology Operations team
