Responsibilities

  • Ensure all contracts are reviewed, signed, and properly submitted in ServiceNow.
  • Support the implementation and enforcement of HITRUST requirements in all contractor agreements.
  • Ensure Hiring Managers are properly executing the onboarding checklist to ensure adherence to HITRUST Requirements.
  • Facilitate the quarterly attestation process for hiring managers, per HITRUST guidelines.
  • Follow up with hiring and agency managers to ensure the completion of required agreements and onboarding checklist requirements.
  • Notifications to hiring managers and agency managers about upcoming contract expirations.
  • Liaise with various departments to facilitate smooth contractor onboarding and management processes.
  • Coordinate tasks, maintaining meeting minutes, and tracking project action items.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date ServiceNow user records.
  • Participate in tracking inventory, managing licenses, tagging assets, and contributing to activities related to managing the lifecycle of HealthStream assets.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives related to contractor management and compliance.
  • Provide administrative support to the ESM team as needed.
