  • Detail-oriented management of device records, inventory tracking, and compliance with recycling procedures.
  • Familiarity with systems like Jamf and Intune for device management and tracking within an enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency in navigating and utilizing software tools effectively to support equipment intake, recycling, and redeployment processes.
  • Ability to follow direction and work autonomously.
  • Analytical ability to troubleshoot device management issues promptly.
  • Collaboration with team members and stakeholders on projects.
  • Effective communication for updates, assistance, and MIS team support.
  • Maintains positivity in professional environments.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the intake, recycling, and redeployment processes of equipment within the MIS framework.
  • Ensuring efficient management of devices using systems like Jamf and Intune to facilitate recycling and redeployments.
