  • General knowledge in agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban.
  • General knowledge in basic project management concepts including planning, executing and monitoring.
  • Preferred degree of study in business management, project management, computer science, information systems or related field.
  • Familiarity with basic healthcare software or software programming is preferred but not required.
  • Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint with ability to learn new systems.
  • Understanding and knowledge of software.
  • Possess strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to prioritize and manage competing priorities.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project team meetings and/or agile ceremonies and support project management in planning, recording and completing identified action items.
  • Collaborate with project team in identifying process improvement opportunities and defining process procedures and requirements.
  • Assist project management in implementing improvements to tools and practices to support team initiatives.
