Requirements

  • Internships are open to current students enrolled at a university (those graduating by September 2026 are preferred) and recent graduates who graduated within the 12-month period prior to the start of the internship as well as broadcasting schools with one-year programs that provide certificates of completion.
  • Prior internship experience preferred.
  • Good project management and planning skills.
  • Good customer service and relations skills
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to pay attention to details.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in high-stress situations.
  • Familiar with SiriusXM + Pandora programming.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and assist guest recordings.
  • Responsible for greeting and liaising with guests.
  • Assist with pitching and booking talent across the SiriusXM, Pandora, and Stitcher platforms.
  • Ensure that all appropriate content is collected during guest visits.
  • Coordinate in booking setups for various talk and music channels.
  • Maintain legal and archival paperwork for the talent relations department.
  • Participate in both offsite and in-studio events, including preparation and execution onsite
  • Assist with audience check-in, load-in and interaction
  • Liaise with high-level talent and executives
  • Become knowledgeable about SiriusXM + Pandora to promote the product and content at off-site events.
  • Organize winner's contact information in database.
  • Notify winners and ship prizes.
  • Gain a working knowledge of national sweepstakes and contest rules and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as required.
